This interface is a visual cockpit for the Persistence Engine: candidate phase anchors from multiple MRI scans are projected into a shared cranial mesh, where transport skeletons, pair manifolds, and persistence structures can be inspected across visits and modalities.

Candidate pins from each scan become phase anchors in a shared cranial volume. Transport filaments connect compatible anchors, while pair manifolds and skeleton ensembles preserve the higher-order persistence structure.
